Before and After Info

  • Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water leading up to appointment.
  • Avoid sugar and carbs leading up to appointment, this applies to all kinds of sugar and carbohydrates such as, pasta, rice, bread and sugary drinks. Sugar gives energy to the fat cells, this will reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.
  • Prior to appointment please consume a light meal, as a heavy meal can cause discomfort during the treatment.
  • Please avoid being in direct sunlight for long periods of time or tanning beds prior to appointment. Sun burnt of tanned skin can cause adverse reactions to the treatment.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing to appointment.

Post Treatment

  • Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. This will help flush out any waste and cellular debris.
  • Light to moderate exercise is encouraged.
  • Continue following a healthy diet.
  • Apply a hydrating moisturiser to the treated area.
  • Avoid going into saunas, very hot showers or direct sun light for at least 24 hours.
  • Some redness may occur on the treated area, this will dissipate soon.
  • Wait at least two weeks between each cryo slimming session.
